Laboratório de Crítica (LabCrítica) is a project of Research and University Extension, conceived and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Sergio Andrade, attached to the undergraduate and graduate dance programs of Departamento de Arte Corporal (DAC), in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Created in 2012, LabCrítica is dedicated to the study and exercise of criticism and theoretical practices in dance and performance.
This website seeks to establish joint action and communication channels among the academic community, artists and the general public interested in the conversations of dance, performance, thinking and other art forms.
